Our joinable tours are designed for visitors and locals alike to hop on board our fixed-price, set-date adventures.

We depart from the greater Portland area or Downtown Eugene, each tour includes convenient pick-up/drop-off and a seamless half- or full-day journey with a knowledgeable local who knows the hidden gems, scenic stops, and cultural highlights that make Oregon unforgettable.

    My husband and I had an amazing time on our tour. with a very personalized itinerary. Holly was super friendly and put together such a lovely day of wine tasting for us. It was our anniversary and the first place we went to greeted us with chocolates and a “Happy anniversary” sign. It was such a nice touch!

    The weather on the day of our tour was beautiful and Holly made sure we could visit a winery with a great view rather than staying indoors. All three places were different in terms of wines and vibes.

Meet the Founder

Oregon has been my outdoor playground since 2005, when I escaped LA for the Great Pacific Northwest, and I still can’t get enough of all it has to offer. I love exploring local flavors, scenic hikes with jaw-dropping views, and heading out to coastal surf breaks. I’m endlessly curious about the creative pulse of places, the art and artists, the food scene, live music, and the small business owners who give each community its spark.

Holly Roberson | Founder & Experience Producer

After raising a blended family and entering a new season of life, I turned toward building the travel business I had long imagined. Sip, Savor, Explore Oregon is a woman-led travel experience business where I serve as Founder and Experience Producer, designing and operating curated, small-group trips throughout the region. With decades of exploring Oregon, I bring insider knowledge, strong regional relationships, and a knack for crafting itineraries that are unforgettable.

As a qualified tour operator, I participate in Travel Oregon’s Why Guides program and I’m Rose City Certified through Travel Portland. I’m also pursuing Guest Service Gold®, a certification developed by Oregon Tourism and Tripadvisor® focused on service excellence and meaningful visitor experiences. Together, these programs reflect my commitment to thoughtful logistics, inclusivity, and responsible travel.
